Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Jacek Suchta ("the publisher") for the use of Dueloop ("the app"). By installing or using the app you accept them.
2. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for your own purposes.
3. What the app is
Dueloop helps you keep track of recurring payments. Totals, projections, reminders and exchange-rate conversions are informational only and are based on what you enter and on third-party rates, which may differ from real charges. The app is not financial advice.
Reminders depend on your device settings and operating system; I cannot guarantee that every reminder is delivered. Please check your real billing statements.
4. Free and Pro
The free plan includes up to 5 active subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions and the other features listed in the app. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing annual or monthly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Eligible plans may start with a 7-day free trial.
5. Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial).
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; Settings > Manage or cancel subscription in the app opens them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Your data
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example with the Save backup feature). Uninstalling the app or resetting your phone can delete your data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app except where the law allows, and you may not try to bypass its limits or purchase checks.
8. Trademarks
Names and logos of third-party services shown in the app belong to their owners and are used only to help you identify services. Dueloop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed payments or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes and termination
I may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. I may end access if you seriously breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
