Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Who we are
Dueloop ("the app") is a subscription tracker published by Jacek Suchta ("I", "we", "the publisher").
Questions about privacy: dueloop.support@gmail.com.
2. The short version
Dueloop has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The subscriptions you enter stay on your device. I do not run a server that stores your data.
3. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following only on your phone:
- the subscriptions you add (service name, price, currency, billing cycle, payment dates, free-trial dates, category, colour and notes);
- your settings (language, currency, appearance, reminder preferences, Face ID / fingerprint lock);
- technical flags such as your Pro status, the date you first opened the app and whether you were asked to rate it.
This data is not sent to me or to anyone else.
4. Data I do not collect
I do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier or device identifiers, and the app does not include analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools.
5. Internet requests
To show current exchange rates the app downloads a rate table from the public service open.er-api.com. That service can see your IP address and standard request information, as with any website. No subscription data is sent. The app works offline using stored rates if the request fails.
6. Purchases
The Pro plan is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; I never receive your card or payment details.
To confirm that your Pro purchase is active, and to restore it on a new phone, the app uses the subscription-management service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, your purchase and subscription status from the store, and technical information such as your IP address. It does not receive the subscriptions you track in the app. RevenueCat processes this data under its own privacy policy (revenuecat.com/privacy).
7. Permissions
- Notifications: used for local renewal reminders created on your device. There is no push-notification server.
- Face ID / fingerprint: handled by your operating system. The app only learns whether the check succeeded and never receives biometric data.
- Files: when you save or restore a backup or export a report, you choose the file or share target. The app does not read other files.
8. Backups and sharing
Backup, CSV and PDF files you create belong to you. If you send them to other people or store them in cloud services, those recipients and services handle them under their own rules.
Your phone's own backup (for example Google or iCloud backup) may include the app's data depending on your device settings; that is governed by Google's or Apple's policies.
9. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove all subscriptions in Settings or delete everything by uninstalling the app.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Your rights
Because I do not hold your personal data, there is nothing for me to access, correct or delete on a server; you control all data directly in the app. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
You can contact me at dueloop.support@gmail.com.
12. Security
Your data is protected by your phone's own security. You can add a Face ID / fingerprint lock in Settings (Pro).
13. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published in the app and on this page with a new date.
